I. Quality System

Our company has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for its international quality management system.

II. Quality Standards

Product quality standards comply with ISO, DIN, AMSE, GB/T, or exceed these specifications. The materials used in our products include chromium‑molybdenum steel, chromium‑vanadium steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, manganese steel, HSS, and others, all manufactured to precision engineering standards. Surface treatments are applied according to the product’s aesthetic design, including electroplating, electrophoretic coating, manganese phosphate, powder coating, mirror polishing, and matte anti‑rust finishes.

III. How to Replace or Repair the Range

Within the product’s normal service life, if it becomes inoperable due to a quality issue, the user may present proof of purchase at a Changlu Tools authorized dealer for free repair or replacement. For damage not attributable to the product’s inherent quality, Changlu Tools authorized dealers will provide repair services with paid replacement parts.

IV. Non-Replaceable and Warranty Items

1. Damage resulting from use beyond the product’s intended lifespan or scope, human-induced damage, unauthorized modifications, self‑initiated replacement of components, loss of parts, accidental incidents, or misuse contrary to the user manual is not covered under warranty or exchange.
2. If, after use, the product exhibits rusting, peeling of the electroplating, surface scratches, or breakage of the plastic handle—conditions that do not affect the product’s functionality—such issues are excluded from the warranty and will not be eligible for replacement or repair.
