    Changlu Tools Lifetime Warranty Product Service Terms

    (For Mainland China Market Only)

    I. Scope of Application for the Lifetime Warranty Service

    1. Service Recipients
    Only products explicitly marked with “Lifetime Warranty” in the Changlu Tools product catalog are eligible, and a valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt) must be provided to the original point of purchase to request service.
    2. Scope of Services
    Under normal use, if the product’s core functions are damaged—such as breakage or failure—you are entitled to free repair or a replacement of the same model.

    The service adheres to the “repair first, replace second” principle; if repair fails to restore functionality, a replacement will be provided.

    II. The following circumstances are not covered by the lifetime warranty:

    1. Natural Wear and Appearance Issues
    ◆ Natural wear and aging during normal use (such as edge dulling, surface oxidation, and normal wear of openings, etc.)
    ◆ Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality: including, but not limited to, rust, plating flaking, scratches, and damage to plastic handles.
    2. Human error or improper use
    ◆ Products that have been intentionally damaged, used beyond their intended scope, privately modified, or mechanically processed.
    ◆ Damage caused by external impact, the use of force‑applying rods, or improper operation (e.g., using hand tools on pneumatic equipment).
    ◆ Missing parts after use, unauthorized disassembly, or replacement with non‑OEM components.
    3. Restrictions on the Use of Special Tools
    ◆ Manual tools (such as sockets and extension rods) are used to address issues like enlarged openings, worn square heads, or cracks caused by pneumatic tools.
    ◆ Chipping of pliers and other cutting tools caused by shearing materials beyond their specified capacity.
    ◆ Screwdriver bits may bend or break due to overtorque.
    ◆ Non‑impact, non‑pry tools are used to create notches or structural damage by striking or prying hard materials.
    4. Other Exceptional Circumstances
    ◆ Product packaging, labels, or accessories are damaged or missing.
    ◆ The product’s primary identification mark is missing, damaged beyond recognition, or the remaining portion constitutes less than 80% of the original.

    III. Service Application Process

    1. Users may bring the product and proof of purchase to the original place of purchase or a designated service center for free repair or replacement.
    2. Staff will verify the product’s markings and assess any damage; eligible cases will be processed on-site (complex issues will require return to the factory for testing, with results provided within 7 business days of receipt).

    IV. Special Notes

    1. The final interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be vested in Changlu Tools.
    2. The scope of services may be adjusted due to product updates; the most recent publicly announced version shall prevail.
