Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for executing the company’s material procurement, including coordinating with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, soliciting quotations from suppliers, negotiating and signing contracts, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
2. Conduct supplier development and evaluation, establish a qualified supplier database, perform regular performance reviews and optimizations, and maintain stable collaborative relationships.
3. Monitor market price fluctuations and, through cost analysis and negotiation strategies, achieve effective control of procurement costs.
4. Collaborate with the warehousing and production departments to resolve material‑related issues and drive cross‑functional collaboration to enhance supply chain responsiveness.
Job Requirements
1. Associate’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in supply chain management, logistics management, or a related field are preferred.
2. Possess 1–3 years of procurement experience in the commerce or manufacturing sectors, with a solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management principles.
3. Proficient in basic cost accounting methods, with strong negotiation skills and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
4. Proficient in using Excel and other office software, capable of independently organizing and analyzing procurement data.
